عُمدة يجمع أقل بيانات لازمة لتأكيد الدفع وتجهيز برنامج التدريب. هذه الصفحة توضح ما يتم جمعه، لماذا نستخدمه، ومدة الاحتفاظ به.

OmdaFit collects only the information needed to verify payment and prepare coaching. This page explains what is collected, why it is used, and how long it is kept.

البيانات التي نجمعها / What we collect

بيانات التواصل: الاسم، رقم واتساب، النوع، ورقم الدفع للتحقق من التحويل.

Contact data: name, WhatsApp number, gender, and payment sender number for transfer verification.

بيانات التدريب: السن، الطول، الوزن، الهدف، الرياضة، الملاحظات، والمكملات إن وجدت.

Coaching data: age, height, weight, goal, sport, notes, and supplements if provided.

صور خاصة: إيصال الدفع، صورة InBody، وصور الجسم الاختيارية للتقييم.

Private images: payment receipt, InBody photo, and optional body assessment photos.

الاستخدام / Use

نستخدم البيانات لمراجعة الإيصال، التواصل معك على واتساب، تجهيز البرنامج، والمتابعة مع الكابتن. لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدم الصور للتسويق إلا بموافقة واضحة منك.

We use the data to review receipts, contact you on WhatsApp, prepare the coaching plan, and support coach follow-up. We do not sell data or use private photos for marketing without clear permission.

إشعارات الكابتن / Coach notifications

لتسريع المراجعة، قد يستقبل الكابتن إشعارًا على تيليجرام يحتوي على بيانات طلبك والصور التي رفعتها (الإيصال، صورة الإنبودي، وصور الجسم). تيليجرام طرف ثالث، والنسخ التي تصل إليه تكون خارج قاعدة بيانات التطبيق وخارج مدة الاحتفاظ (30 يوم). يتم استخدام هذه القناة فقط عند تفعيل الكابتن لها.

To speed up review, the coach may receive a Telegram notification containing your order details and the images you uploaded (receipt, InBody, body photos). Telegram is a third party, and copies delivered there live outside the app database and outside the 30-day retention window. This channel is only used when the coach has enabled it.

الاحتفاظ والحذف / Retention

الطلبات المقبولة أو المرفوضة يتم حذفها بعد 30 يوما. الطلبات القديمة التي ما زالت قيد المراجعة أو فشلت يتم حذف الصور الخاصة منها بعد نفس المدة مع إبقاء بيانات الطلب الخفيفة للمتابعة. يتم تشغيل مهمة حذف يومية تلقائيًا لضمان تطبيق هذه المدة.

Approved or rejected orders are deleted after 30 days. Older pending or failed orders have private image fields stripped after the same window, while lightweight order details may remain for follow-up. A daily automated job enforces this window.

الأمان وحقوقك / Security and your rights

لوحة الإدارة محمية بتسجيل دخول وجلسة آمنة، والصور تظهر للكابتن فقط عند الحاجة للمراجعة. يمكنك طلب تصحيح بياناتك أو حذفها عبر واتساب.

The admin dashboard is protected by login and a signed session cookie, and private images are loaded for the coach only when needed for review. You can request correction or deletion through WhatsApp.
